Builders have developed a large range of processes to improve performance and decrease the excess of sorbent to be used.
Some processes are based on an intense recycling rate and others increase the humidity to boost a reaction.
Builders are continuously developing this technology to better address the specification of the gas to be treated (ratio SO2/HCL, T° in, T° out, …).
While these processes originally only used to standard sorbent, recent experience demonstrates a perfect synergy between Sorbacal SP and some recycling processes.
